Adorar\u00edamos contar a voc\u00ea por que levantamos essa rodada de financiamento, o que planejamos fazer com ela e, o mais importante, o que isso significa para voc\u00ea. Em primeiro lugar, gostar\u00edamos de voltar alguns anos e contar uma hist\u00f3ria de como o CloudTalk nasceu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como tudo come\u00e7ou e onde estamos agora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e1 alguns anos, o CloudTalk come\u00e7ou como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o simples de click to call. A ideia era que as empresas pudessem incorporar nosso bot\u00e3o click to call em seu site, permitindo que seus visitantes ligassem diretamente de seu navegador. Eventualmente, percebemos que havia potencial para construir algo com muito mais impacto do que isso e foi assim que o CloudTalk nasceu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pandemia de Covid-19 acelerou drasticamente a mudan\u00e7a de software de call center para solu\u00e7\u00f5es telef\u00f4nicas modernas baseadas em nuvem<\/a>. Isso nos deixou bastante ocupados, levando-nos a dimensionar a infraestrutura de voz mais r\u00e1pido do que nunca e continuar oferecendo uma \u00f3tima experi\u00eancia ao cliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agora n\u00f3s temos mais de 60 companheiros de equipe incr\u00edveis, 11 nacionalidades diferentes, 2 belos escrit\u00f3rios, trabalhando remotamente de 9 cidades diferentes em 3 continentes, clientes em todo o mundo e milh\u00f5es de chamadas feitas via CloudTalk todos os meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say goodbye to legacy solutions once and for all<\/strong>The long-stagnant $50B-a-year telephony market continues to experience a gradual shift towards modern cloud-based solutions, with 70% of contact centers currently being built on legacy on-premise solutions. CloudTalk is attracting companies from the small- to medium-sized spectrum, with 10 to 4,000 users and we want to continue with educating buyers about modern, cloud based solutions like CloudTalk that can radically increase performance of their teams and save 2-3 minutes per call.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Continue building the Modern phone suite<\/strong>CloudTalk\u2019s main focus is building a product that focuses on pristine call quality, workflow automation and configurability \u2014 in other words, a modern phone suite. Aside from that, we will also be adding new integrations with leading CRMs, helpdesks, and voice recognition solutions (Gong is coming!) giving customer service agents and sales teams better visibility of their customer or prospect base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Expand to new markets<\/strong> With customers from over 80 countries, we are seeing that the demand for modern cloud-based call center solutions is bigger than ever, supported primarily by the shift to remote work. The investment round will help us introduce CloudTalk to new markets as well as broader our\u00a0partner network<\/a>. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Scale the team<\/strong>We want to create a work environment where our employees can thrive. With this funding, we will have more resources to\u00a0attract talented people and give them space for their growth. We believe we can unlock a new type of creativity with use cases yet to be dreamed and built. (Yes,\u00a0we\u2019re hiring!<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
