Offri una spiegazione se ce n&#8217;\u00e8 una. Ad esempio: <em>&#8220;Ci scusiamo per questo ritardo, il nostro reparto logistico \u00e8 attualmente sopraffatto da lavoro arretrato a causa della crisi attuale. Se pu\u00f2 aspettare solo qualche minuto, inoltreremo il problema, e dovrebbe ricevere una e-mail con i dettagli della sua consegna entro 24 ore.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"i-don-t-know\"><strong>\u201cNon lo so\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puoi dire che il problema \u00e8 difficile da capire o che non sei in grado di parlare della situazione; puoi dire qualsiasi cosa eccetto questra frase, che non offre alcun sollievo al cliente.
